Housekeeping pay is counted in houses. Each flat is a fixed monthly rate, so what you earn in a month is mostly decided by how many you can reach between seven and eleven in the morning, when nearly all of this work happens. That one fact should decide where you look: a tower where you can take four flats without stepping outside the gate beats four houses on four different streets, even at a lower rate per house.

Large gated complexes are where the numbers work.
